PURPOSE:To convert even that which has arrangement of a complicated layout frame to a document data format having a column set frame, while retaining the layout, in the document data processor for converting document data of a document processing system which can arrange arbitrarily a fixed layout frame to document data of a document data format having the column frame. CONSTITUTION:Fixed frame document data 107 is converted to internal document data 108 which can be processed by a fixed frame document data decoding means 101, and by a main flow column frame generating means 102, a sub-flow frame inserting means 103 and a graphic element inserting means 104, main flow column frame information 109, flow multiple column frame information 110 and extended column set frame information 111 are generated successively, and also, by a layout position adjustment information extracting means 105, layout position adjustment information 112 is generated, by which column document data 113 which retains the layout is generated by a column document data generating means 106. |
