<p>PURPOSE: To provide a memory card device capable of surely grounding a memory card and having durability resistant to a high frequency of insertion and extraction. CONSTITUTION: A memory card device 10 has a flat memory card 30, a frame 20, upper and lower covers 70, 80 and an I/C connector 40. The upper and lower covers 70, 80 have earthing tubs 110 on side edges, so that the earthing tubs 110 make contact with the earth conductor of the memory card 30, when the covers are mounted on the upper and lower sides of the frame 20 having the memory card 30 placed thereon, to surely realize the earth connection among the memory card 30, the frame 20 and the upper and lower covers 70, 80 with high reliability. The frame 20 and the I/C connector 40 have complementary shaped tub 60 and connector receiving notch 50, and the connector 40 is inserted and fitted to the connector receiving notch 50, whereby the firm frame 20 is completed.</p> |
