PURPOSE:To simplify the paging call operation for the operator and thus to realize a great reduction of the operation time by securing the connection between the incoming both-way trunk and the telephone of the exctension via the marker when the extension subscriber answers through the nearest extension telephone. CONSTITUTION:The incoming is given to both-way trunk BWT of the line wire or the externsion of the exchange unit possessing attendant board ATT, and thus the operator closes the connection between BWT and ATT by pushing the connection key. As a result, the connection is given to the extension telephone such as EXT1 which has the connection request. In case the extension subscriber is absent, the operator cuts the connection to EXT1 and then given the connection between ATT and paging trunk PGT to call out the speaker for broadcasting. And if the extension subscriber answers through the nearest extension telephone EXT2, the connection is given between EXT2 and BWT via marker M. In this way, the paging call operation is simplified for the operator, thus reducing greatly the operation time. |
