A circuit arrangement for transmission of a speech signals between two users through devices along galvanised separated user lines, namely a UB/AUT system, consisting of two sensors (S1, S2) and associated current regulators (Re1, Re2). Each sensor (S1, S2) is interconnected into the circuitry of one of the user devices (U1, U2) with the given power source (Z1, Z2). Sensors (S1, S2) connected as such control current regulators (Re1, Re2), modifying the value of the current flowing through the circuits of the links through which the voice connection is made. The described circuit arrangement uses optocells, whereas optocell transmitters are connected together as sensors (S1, S2) and the receivers of those optocells are connected as current regulators (Re1, Re2), possibly supplemented by a power transistor and passive components. The circuit arrangement is suitable for interconnection of the input from the public communication network to branch switchboards, for creating input for fax and so on.<IMAGE>
