PURPOSE:To laminate a sheet of a material other than paper and to form a three-dimensional body of it by setting an unset photosetting type adhesive layer formed on a part of effective regions of first and second light-transmitting sheets and thereby making these effective regions adhere to each other. CONSTITUTION:A fresh plastic film PF is held by a holding-conveying mechanism 26 and conveyed above a cut film 90 being the uppermost layer on a table 12. This plastic film PF is cut in a prescribed length by a laser cutting part 60 to be a cut film 94. In the course of the conveyance, a photosetting type adhesive PA is applied uniformly on the lower surface of the plastic film PF by a coating roller couple and thereby an adhesive layer 96 is formed. The thickness of the adhesive layer 96 is preferably about 5 to 25mum and a stronger adhesion is obtained as the adhesive layer 96 is thinner. |
