摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain an exchanger of high heat/moisture exchange efficiency by holding structural matrix fibers entwined with each other and a cohesive fibers unwoven web with super-absorbent fibers to be contained, at the central part in a housing. CONSTITUTION: Both the axial inlet 11/outlet 12 of this exchange housing 10 have a smaller diameter than that at the central part 13 for holding the media 2, all being connected together via funnel-shaped transition regions 14, 15 having an angle of about 90 deg.-10 deg. from the housing's current axis. The heat/moisture exchange media 2 is made to contain structural matrix fibers entwined with each other, the super-absorbent to be contained and as a case may be, a cohesive mixture of cohered fibers having a case to function as matrix fibers. The media 2 are made into a form of fiber-made unwoven web consisting of matrix fibers, super-absorbent fibers and any other one or more fibers.
