<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently make a trouble diagnosis of a working machine group consisting of many working machines such as transfer machines and FMS. CONSTITUTION:A station PLC(programmable logic controller) arranged for a plurality of working machines 1, 2 is connected in network with a representative PLC arranged on every transfer machine 1, 2, 3, and further the representative PLC and a FA work station 2 are connected together in network. The representative PLC always writes state information obtained by respective stations PLC in a memory in the FA work station 2, and the FA work station 2 makes a trouble diagnosis based on the trouble record information read out from a trouble record data base at detecting working machine trouble information from the state information. Information such as decided trouble item is written in the trouble record data base.</p> |
