<p>PURPOSE:To provide a PTC heating element for heating a fluid efficiently and sufficiently. CONSTITUTION:A PTC heating element 1 is fixed inside a housing 5. Between an external face 1c of the PTC heating element 1 and an internal wall face 5b of the housing 5, a lead-in path 11 is formed. The housing 5 has an intake 6 to take in a fluid to be heated and an exhaust port 7 to emit the fluid outside. The fluid taken in through the intake 6 is heated by means of the external face 1c of the PTC heating element 1 that constitutes the lead-in path 11. The thus heated fluid is further heated in a through hole 2 of the PTC heating element 1.</p> |
