The core clamp device for a concrete pipe frame, wherein a clamp device for clamping a main frame and a core for molding a concrete pipe includes a cam having the plane sides of a different distance from the center of the axis to the another portion of the cam axis penetrating a main frame, a core and an external caption, handles located in at least three places on the external side of the caption with revolving the cam axis, a clamp pin for clamping with having the elasticity of a belleville spring and a compression spring, and a safety pin for preventing a clamping force from being disassembled by being placed at one side of the handle, thereby simply clamping and disassembling a main frame and a core using a cam, thus easily molding a concrete pipe and producing a concrete pipe with safety with a powerful clamp force.
