PURPOSE:To reduce the labor for the control of a general meeting operation system by reading instantaneously the bar code part printed previously on a document card concerning execution of the voting right through a simple reader in order to totalize the prescribed items and to process other data in a quick and accurate way. CONSTITUTION:A data acquiring/decoding means 12 is provided to acquire and decode the proper write data D1 on a document card 11 concerning the execution of the voting right together with a totalization processing means 13 which performs the totalization processing based on the data D1, a storage means 14 which stores various data on the data D1, a display means 15 which performs the display processing based on various data, and a control means 16 which controls the input/output of the means 12-15. In such constitution, the means 16 carries out the totalization/decision processing based on the acquisition of the data D1 consisting of a data mark part BD where the numeric information is turned into a code. |
