PURPOSE:To save trouble to store information in an information box with respect to the information box which can inform a user related to a document of the storage state of picture information of this stored document and is used in common. CONSTITUTION:Picture information of the document is stored in a storage part 15, and destination information of at least one terminal equipment related to the picture signal of the stored document is stored in a terminal equipment storage part 22. An information box state detecting means 17 detects the storage state of the picture signal of the document, and information related to the detected storage state of the picture signal is converted to a picture signal based on the detection result by a report table generating part 14, and this picture signal is transmitted to a terminal equipment based on destination information stored in the terminal equipment storage part 22. |
