摘要

PURPOSE: To provide an electrode for achieving excellent cooling and less waveguide loss so as to obtain large output and performing a stable operation for a long period of time in a compact diffusion cooling type strip waveguide laser capable of a sealed operation. CONSTITUTION: The respective electrodes are constituted as composite bodies composed of supporting members 1 and 12 provided with a mechanically stable cross section and planar electrode members 3 and 2 facing a discharge gap 13 brazed or welded to the support members to which a cooling device is assembled.
