An ECU for an auxiliary electromotive power steering apparatus is provided to enable mass production and save the manufacturing cost by constantly manufacturing the thickness of a heat dissipation fan. An ECU for an auxiliary electromotive power steering apparatus comprises a PCB(310) having first through holes(312). A heating device(340) is mounted on the PCB to dissipate heat when the ECU (electronic control unit) operates. A metal substrate(330) is provided on the PCB and has second through holes(332) corresponding to the first through holes. The metal substrate is in contact with the heating device. A heat dissipation plate(350) is screw-coupled with the PCB and the metal substrate, and has an insertion hole(356) and a plurality of coupling holes(354) at the upper portion thereof. A heat dissipation fan(380) is coupled with the coupling holes of the heat dissipation plate to rotate by power from the PCB.
