PURPOSE:To provide the touch panel device of a display device for preventing the generation of key output by erroneous operations. CONSTITUTION:Touch switches provided on a touch panel 6 are provided with attribute relation. For instance, the touch switch A1 is provided with the attribute relation with the plural touch switches A2 and A3. When the touch switch A1 is operated, the operating states of the plural touch switches A2 and A3 provided with the attribute relation are detected and only when the plural touch switches A2 and A3 are simultaneously operated, key output corresponding to the key operation of the touch switch A1 is outputted.
