PURPOSE:To provide a high frequency signal generator of a non-radiation dielectric line form whose characteristic is stable and whose manufacture is facilitated. CONSTITUTION:Grooves G1, G2 on guides used to fix an angle between a dielectric rod 21 and a diode mount DM are formed to at least one of upper and lower conductor plates 1, 2 forming the non-radiation dielectric line, and a metallic pattern HP for oscillation frequency adjustment depending on the size is formed on a printed circuit board PB supported to a side face of the diode mount in the proper embodiment. |
