PURPOSE:To transfer control information and compressed picture information at a time by providing a flag to the head of the compressed picture information and starting expanding operation after the flag is detected. CONSTITUTION:The control information 1-1 and compressed picture information 1-2 are transferred as transfer data 3 to an expanding circuit 1 at a time and the flag 1-3 is added to the head of the compressed data 1-2. This flag is set without coinciding with the code of the control information. Then, the expanding operation is not performed until the flag 1-3 is detected after the transfer data 3 is inputted, and the expanding operation is started once the flag 1-3 is detected. Therefore, the control information and compressed picture information are transferred successively by one-time block transfer without being sent separately. |
