PURPOSE:To realize the nonlinear amplifier circuit whose temperature characteristic is small and whose polygonal point of the characteristic is set freely. CONSTITUTION:An amplifier circuit is provided with an operational amplifier circuit 1, two resistors 8 and 9 connecting to an output terminal OUT, output transistors(TRs) 14 and 20 of the 1st and 2nd constant current circuits connected between each resistor and a positive (negative) power supply, and output TRs 22 and 18 of 3rd and 4th constant current circuits connected to a connecting point between the resistor and the constant current circuit with an opposite polarity of a current to the 1st and 2nd constant current circuits and generating a voltage having a temperature characteristic nearly equal to a forward voltage drop of the diodes 2 and 3 at the resistors 8 and 9, and the nonlinear amplifier circuit whose temperature characteristic is a small and whose polygonal point of the characteristic is set freely is realized by providing feedback elements including the resistors 8 and 9 and the diodes 2 and 3 whose polarity is selected to provide a forward bias as an output voltage of the operational amplifier increases and connecting to an inverting input terminal (-) of the operational amplifier circuit 1 from a connecting point of the 1st and 2nd constant current circuits. |
