<p>An apparatus that transmits Advanced-MAP (A-MAP) information in a mobile communication network determines whether or not to split an information element to two or more parts that will be transmitted in two or more logical resource units. Each part of information element in a logical resource unit includes an indicator to indicate that a second part exists in another subsequent logical resource unit. In one embodiment, the mobile communication network is used in conjunction with orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) techniques.</p> |
