The device includes a handle support (3) formed by a crown which is fixed by tightening and crimping. A safety cap (4) is of size to be able to cover the cover (2) and be locked on the handle support crown (3) by simple pressure. For example peripheral legs (11) are able to be clipped into a groove (13) in the crown (3).The cap (4) is provided with radial reinforcing crosspieces and peripheral ribs to provide protection against shocks. The system ensures safety in closing of the container against shocks or an internal pressure rise in being able to be easily freed by spreading the fastening legs (11) around the crown.
