PURPOSE:To obtain a vibration absorbing boss enhanced in assembling work efficiency, excellent in mass productivity, keeping the strong fixing force of an elastic member to a boss part and an attaching ring to prevent the deformation of the elastic member and expected in the extension of life. CONSTITUTION:Since process molding an elastic member 10 so as to attach the same to a boss part 3 through an intermediate cylindrical part 6 made of a thermoplastic resin and molding the same on an annular ring 7 through an insert ring 8 made of a thermoplastic resin is employed, the compatibility of the elastic member 10 with the intermediate cylindrical part 6 and the attaching ring 7 is good and the fixing force thereof is enhanced. |
