PURPOSE:To obtain a hollow mold capable of remarkably enhancing a cooling efficiency and shortening a cooling time to a great extent in hollow molding. CONSTITUTION:In a hollow mold, split cores 2 are slidably provided in a mold body 1 on both sides thereof. After a parison is blow molded between the cores 2 in the mold body 1, the cores 2 are slid by sliding devices 3. A gap is formed between the outer surface of a hollow molded piece 4 and the surfaces of the cores 2. A cooling medium 6, which is a high-pressure fluid, is injected or circulated in the gap from cooling medium flow paths 5 provided in the mold body 1. |
