Air-cooled liquid gas engine

The engine has an oil circuit and an evaporator (5) for vaporising the liquid gas, with a heat exchange bore, through which the engine oil is circulated, for warming the evaporator. The evaporator lies in the exhaust stream of the engine cooling air and/or the heat exchange bore is coupled to the oil circuit via a throttled bypass line.Pref. a smooth pipe lies in the cooling air exhaust stream and conducts the evaporated gas from the evaporator to the gas mixer (7) feeding the combustible gas mixture to the engine.
