A blade for turbines, with a through-chamber for the operating medium from the top side, with its depth equal to a part of the blade feather length, with the chamber outlet located on the convex (suction) surface of the blade, characterized in that on both sides of the outlet (2) of the through-chamber (1) and at right angle to its longitudinal axis, shelves (4) are located that have preferably a rectangular cross-section, whereas along the blade's edge of attack, a sealing strip (3) is located with its cross-section shaped as a sharp-end wedge with slightly rounded sides, whereas the wedge basis adjoins the edge of the convex (suction) side of the blade.<IMAGE>
