The arrangement serves for optionally connecting transmitting elements to receiving elements (12, 13). The course of the light bundle starts from a transmitting element (12), crosses the base surfaces, impinges on a reflection surface (8), travels through the optical waveguide structure (5), impinges on a second reflection surface (8'), once more crosses the base surfaces and ends at a receiving element (13).
