PURPOSE:To extremely easily specify a retrieval condition without necessitating inputting the retrieval condition at the time of retrieval by setting the plural retrieval conditions to be registered beforehand, specifying a desired one from the plural retrieval conditions registered beforehand and executing the retrieval by the specified retrieval condition. CONSTITUTION:The registration of the retrieval conditions is started by specifying the mode of 'retrieval' from a function menu displayed at a display device 2 by a pointing device 3 and starting a retrieval processing part 62. Then, when 'retrieval condition registration' is specified and a retrieval condition registration processing part 63 is started, an user is urged to input the retrieval term of a retrieval item 1. Thus, the retrieval terms are inputted to the respective retrieval items. When input is completed, the inputted retrieval conditions are registered to a retrieval condition registration table 64. When 'retrieval condition calling' is specified, the retrieval processing part 62 calls the retrieval condition registration table 64 and automatically sets and displays the contents of the retrieval items registered beforehand. |
