PURPOSE:To obtain an insert mold having high production efficiency by a method wherein rouletted line forming part having blades for producing a frame- like rouletted line on inserting sheet is formed on the side opposite to the feeding direction of the inserting sheet from a cavity. CONSTITUTION:The insert mold concerned consists of a mold A and a mold B having a resin injecting orifice 1. By closing the molds A and B under the condition that continuous membrane sheet 2 is pinched between the molds A and B, a cavity 5 is formed. On the mold A and/or on the mold B, rouletted line forming part 6 is formed on the side opposite to the feeding direction of the membrane sheet 2 from the cavity 5. The rouletted line forming part 6 has blades, which are formed on the mold A and/or the mold B, for producing a frame-like rouletted line on the membrane sheet 2. |
