<p>PURPOSE:To easily take out and house an information recording medium and to make the operating convenience of the apparatus good by a method wherein a safekeeping mechanism part which can keep and house the information recording medium is installed inside an apparatus body, and the information recording medium is arranged and housed in such a way that the pasted face of the medium is faced upward. CONSTITUTION:A safekeeping mechanism part 4 which keeps and houses many cassettes 2 so as to be arranged is installed inside an 8-mm VTR (an information apparatus) body, and housing boxes 4a, 4b can be drawn out freely. The individual cassettes 2 which have been housed in the housing boxes 4a, 4b are stacked and arranged so as to be placed longitudinally in such a way that label-pasted faces 2a on which labels describing recorded contents are faced upward. As a result, when the housing box 4a or 4b is drawn out, a user can visually confirm a desired cassette quickly and accurately according to the content of its label. In order to easily take out the cassettes 2 from the housing box 4a or 4b which has been drawn out, the cassettes 2 are constituted so as to be exposed from the housing boxes 4a, 4b so that upper-side parts on both sides of the individual cassettes 2 housed in the housing boxes 4a, 4b can be gripped by fingers or the like.</p> |
