Then, when the reproducing equipment 1 starts to reproduce by a remote control input signal 3 or a key input signal 4, the editing signal 10 from the micro computer 7a becomes an L voltage, and the recording equipment 2 starts to record by the control of the micro computer 7b. At this time, a video changeover switch 13 is switched to a video signal input terminal 11 side, and recording video is monitored by a monitor 14.
