PURPOSE:To provide a proper contact by forming an IC carrier to develop a lead of an IC main body by a wiring sheet, and mounting a counter connection unit comprising an IC carrier, the IC main body, and the wiring sheet on a socket. CONSTITUTION:An IC main body 4 is held by a carrier 1, and a wiring sheet 6 to be combined with the IC main body 4 is held to form a counter connection unit. This counter connection unit is mounted on a socket to get a contact 14 held by the socket in contact with the wiring sheet 6. A resilient backup member 20 for pressing a combined part of the wiring sheet 6 to the IC main body 4 for securing pressure contact between both is provided at the socket. This backup member 20 is flexed to a pressurizing position or a pressure release position by an operation means 16 provided at the socket. |
