PURPOSE:To make it easy to listen to people even when plural people simultaneously speak by expressing a sense of presence by a stereo voice, in an electronic conference using a computer network. CONSTITUTION:When voice information transmitted from a network 101 is fetched in an interface device 102, a transmission origin terminal address and voice data in the information is read by a decoder 106. The voice data are converted into an analog voice signal by a D/A converter 107, amplified by amplifiers 108a and 108b, and voice-outputted from voice outputting devices 109a and 109b. A managing device 112 detects an icon identifier corresponding to the transmission origin terminal address by referring to an icon and terminal address corresponding table. An icon position detecting device 113 checks the position of the icon indicated by the identifier among each icon indicating conference participants displayed on a screen, and sets the output level of the devices 108a and 108b. |
