The assembly appts. of a bolt pack for producing a synthetic fiber includes a pole (11) having a supporting shaft (10) on side of the pack fixing jig (J), an arm (13) having a boss (12) on the shaft (10), a fixed tubular article (15) having a flange (14) and aligned concentrically with the center of the pack (9), a driving shaft (17) having a flange (16) on the other side of the article (15), a compression coil spring (18) equipped on the shaft (17), an air cylinder (20) fixed to the bracket (19), a piston rod (21) of the air cylinder (20) connected to the flange (16), a wrench fixing jig (22) fixed to the bottom of the shaft (17), and a torch wrenches (24,24') fixed to both the sides of the jig (22).
