<p>PURPOSE:To prevent insects and the like from entering from a drainage outlet and a piping from being rendered to a rupture owing to freezing by draining water in the piping of a hot water supplier and water in a hot water storage tank after users of a resort apartment, etc., go back home. CONSTITUTION:A controller 8 of a wata feeding-discharging device of a hot water storage type hot water supplier is electrically connected with a concentrated control board 7 for controlling a plurality of hot water supply type hot water suppliers. The controller 8 closes a water supply solenoid valve 3 with the aid of operation from the concentrated control board 7 and closes a hot water supply motor driven valve 5 and opens a drainage motor driven valve 9, whereby all water in the piping is drained, and thereafter the drainage motor driven valve 9 is closed. Further, after the passage of a predetermined time (about 100 hours), hot water in a hot water storage tank 1 is made cold and a drainage motor driven valve 6 is opened to drain the water in the hot water storage tank 1, and thereafter (about 1 hour) the drainage motor driven valve 6 is closed, so that all water in the hot water storage hot water supplier and in the piping is drained to prevent freezing from being produced and insects and foreign matter from entering.</p> |
