PURPOSE:To facilitate working of parts, assembly and adjustment by forming a polarizing mirror to a part of a flange member worked to a tenon shape and providing clearances for working so as to hold its mirror surfaces. CONSTITUTION:The polarizing mirror 6 is formed to a part of the flange member 7 worked to the tenon shape and is provided with the clearances 6b for working so as to hold the mirror surfaces 6a of the polarizing mirror 6. The polarizing mirror 6 is supported to a planar stator 3 via the flange part 7, a revolving shaft 5, bearings 8, 9 and a housing 10 and is rotationally driven around this revolving shaft 5 via the flange part 7 according to the rotation of a rotor 1. A rotating magnetic field is formed around the revolving shaft when a 3-phase AC voltage is applied to a driving coil 4. A rotor magnet 2 is repulsed or attracted by this magnetic filed, by which the rotor 1 is rotated together with the rotor magnet and the polarizing mirror 6 is rotationally driven. |
