The device includes a front and opposite plates (20,21), a stripe shape color filter (24) which is formed on a front plate (20), a dielectric layer (25) which is formed with a number of circular optic passing holes (25a), a white color fluorescent layer (25), a stripe shape postitve electrode (22), an isolated wall (29), a stripe shape negative electrode (23) which is formed perpendicular to a positive electrode (22), and an auxiliary positive electrode (27) which is sequentially formed between opposite plate (21) and negatrve electrode (23). |
