PURPOSE:To obtain a document preparation supporting device which standardizes a document format and reduces the time and labor required for document preparation. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with an input information receiving means 2 which receives input information from an input device 1, a storage means 3 stored with preparation items of a document to be prepared, a storage means 4 stored with document knowledge to be referred to at the time of the document preparation, a storage means 5 wherein relation between items is defined for guidance to a part where one item and another item are relative, a storage means 6 stored with examples of documents, a read means 7 which reads out the contents fo the means 3-6, a display means 8 which can display the contents stored in the means 3 and 4 in a specific area on a display screen and also display input information from the means 2 in a specified area on the display screen, an editing means 9 which edits the generation item of the means 8 and information inputted to the specified area, a setting means 10 which moves and sets the specified area at a desired position on the means 8 and 9, and a storage means 11 which stores the document of the means 9. |
