PURPOSE:To speed up a data rotation processing without using a two-dimensional memory mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A rotation control part 2 reads data at every block from a data memory 7 and stores it in a work memory 5. Then, a data inversion table 6 is referred to and the respective bits of MSB-LSB are rearranged into LSB- MSB in a one byte unit with data of the work memory 5 as an object. Rearranged data of the work memory 5 are sequentially read in a lateral n-byte unit and they are written into the write address of a scan direction conversion mechanism 3 (in memory 9) in the one byte unit from backward. Data is read from the read address of the scan direction conversion mechanism 3 in the one byte unit and the data is stored in an output memory 4. Data of the output object is rotated in a 90 deg. unit by the above processing. |
