<p>PURPOSE:To unify the specification of the writing/reading terminal of ROM. CONSTITUTION:This computer is provided with an inverter 10 inverting a PROM mode switching signal 101 and outputting it as the gate control signal of a clocked inverter 9 and the open/close control signal of a switch 8, a shift register 4 which fetches data for writing outputted from an input/output buffer 1 to output it as parallel data in a writing operation mode and outputs parallel data read out of PROM 6 to the input/output buffer 1 as serial data in a verify mode by a writing/verify switching signal 102 and a writing/reading circuit 5 which writes data outputted from the shift register 4 to PROM 6 in the writing operation mode and reads parallel data from PROM 6 to output it to the shift register 4 in a verify mode.</p> |
