PURPOSE:To save a great deal of time and labor for parking by obtaining the number of vacant cars by counting entering and leaving vehicles in a parking place, and sending out information of the number of vacant cars by a voice, when a telephone call is received. CONSTITUTION:The number of garaged vehicles and the number of leaving vehicles are detected by a sensor 21, and the number of vehicles which are parking is counted. A vehicle managing device 22 calculates the number of vehicles which can park at present by subtracting the number of parking vehicles at the present time point from the total number of accommodated parking vehicles in the parking place. Also, whenever the number of parkable vehicles is varied, the number of the parkable vehicle is converted to a voice by a voice converter. Subsequently, the converted voice is stored in a voice memory 23. Moreover, whenever the number of vacant vehicles is changed, when only the number of accommodating vehicles is converted to a voice instead of converting the number of vehicles to a voice, and stored in the memory, it will suffice that only the contents of the memory corresponding to its number of vacant vehicles are read out. In such a way, when the voice conversion is executed once, it is unnecessary to change it thereafter. |
