PURPOSE:To enable even a large size electronic part to be clearly observed requiring of no complicated processing by providing a shifting means of main photo-transmission body. CONSTITUTION:In order to observe a large size electronic part, a shifting means 8 is driven to shift a main photo-transmission body 5 to an inserting position and then a nozzle 2a is inserted into a slit 5a to leak the beams irradiated from a light source LC in the electronic part. Besides, these beams are polarized and irradiated on a photo-diffused body 3 by a sub-transmission body 7 so that the diffused beams from the photo-diffused body 3 may be picked up by a camera 4. Accordingly, no dark part is produced at all by this slit 5a in the picture image of the camera 4 thereby enabling the silhouette of the electronic part to be clearly observed. Furthermore, the shifting means 8 is serviceable if only it is arranged on one side of the nozzle 2a since the shifting means 8 suffices for shifting the main photo-transmission body 5 between the positions of insertion and non-insertion thereby enabling the title observation device to be made compact. |
