The head (1), on a guide arm (2), has angular members (3) gripping the balloon after insertion in the neck (6). The guide arm is linked to a rotating joint (4) on a frame (5). The head has a tensioning element to activate the angular members.One or more thrust rods (7), attached to the angular members, press against the bead (8) on the neck and thus grip the balloon in place.
