The interchangeable rollers over which the paper runs enables the toilet paper to be continuously dampened, depending on the type and thickness of the paper.By turning the regulator to an "Off" position, dry paper is supplied by pulling it. In the "Off" position, the water container is pulled out, filled and re-inserted, and a suitable roller selected to suit the type and thickness of toilet paper. By turning the regulator to an "On" position, and pulling the paper, the paper slides over the roller and is dampened in the places in contact with the roller.
