The tool comprises a vertically movable machining head (5), an automatic tool changer, and a tool magazine (1) including two same-diameter superposed disks (2, 3), namely an upper disk and a lower disk, with tools (7) being distributed around the peripheries thereof, and automatic rotary drive and indexing means (14) for the disks. The machining head (5) and the tool magazine (1) are capable of moving relative to each other to enable a tool to be changed. The lower disk (2) is offset relative to the upper disk (3) towards the machining head (5) through a distance which leaves room for the machining head (5) to take tools (7) from said lower disk (2) or to deposit them thereon. <IMAGE> |
