摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency of picking by forming travel routes inside and outside an automatic warehouse and enabling the selection of the travel routes for each unmanned carrier to prevent congestion of the unmanned carriers. CONSTITUTION:A picking station 8 for placing unit pallets are located at the rear surface of racks 3a and 3b of automatic warehouses 1 and 2 to enable the picking by an unmanned carrier 9. Also objects are arranged after classification on the picking station 8 on the racks 3a and 3b according to the frequency of delivery, and the unmanned carrier 9 selects for travel either of route that passes through the rear surface of the rack 3a only and route that passes between the racks 3b and 3b according to the request for assigned delivery. Thus, congestion caused by waiting of picking operation by the preceding unmanned carrier 9 is eliminated, and the requests for delivery assigned to the unmanned carriers 9 can be processed in a short time as a whole.</p>
