PURPOSE:To produce ceramics for crowns without requiring the sampling of a double impression and the preparation of a double model by a method wherein a model is prepared from the impression after an impression of a support tooth or a cavity, a hardening ceramic paste is heaped and hardened on the model sintered. and then, the hardened body is removed from the model and CONSTITUTION:An impression of a support tooth or a cavity is sampled to prepare a model from the impression, then, a hardening ceramic paste is heaped and hardened on the model, and then, the hardened body is removed from the model to be baked. This method eliminates the need for the preparation of a double impression and a double model thereby enabling the production of a ceramic crown or an inlay with a handy operation. Moreover, one sampling of the impression is enough thereby achieving excellence in dimensional stability. |
