PURPOSE:To obtain a mold of a resin molding machine wherein a temperature rise or fall of a mold cavity face is made almost uniform. CONSTITUTION:In molds of a resin molding machine which is used for molding of thermoplastic resin, they are the molds 3, 4 wherein mold cavity faces are heated or cooled through the inside or the outside, they are divided into a plurality of parts in accordance with a difference in thicknesses of the molds 3, 4 and each and every respective divided molds 3a, 3b,... or 4a, 4b,... are formed of metallic materials having thermal conductivities different from each other. |
