PURPOSE:To decrease traffic accident occurring between vehicles, or a pedestrian and the vehicle at a crossing by effectively utilizing light given through a road-lighting and the headlight of the vehicle to easily recognize the existance of the vehicle running at a dead angle position and of the pedestrian crossing a pedestrian's crossing. CONSTITUTION:In the case where an automobile A3a runs in the dead angle area of an automobile C3c at a road crossing with the crossing put between them, a photoreceiving section 1a receives the light of the headlight of the automobile A3a, and an emission section 2a emits light at once for informing the driver of the automobile C3c the existance of the automobile A3a. Similarly, as the automobile A3a advances, the emission sections 2a to 2d are turned on in order, and the driver of the automobile C3c can recognize the running speed of the automobile A3a on the existance of the automobile A3a and the change of the speed of the emission sections turned on in order. |
