<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate delayed response to the change of oil head in hydraulic rolling-down control and readjustment of flow rate gain whenever the target oil head is changed. CONSTITUTION:The optimum flow rate gains of plural representative oil heads are preliminarily measured, correction ratio to the flow rate gain of a reference oil head is calculated and set into a memory 30. The correction ratio of flow rate gain of an arbitrary target oil head is determined with an arithmetic part 31 by approximately proportioning calculation with a polygon curve from the set value in the memory and the determined correction ratio of flow rate gain is integrating corrected into the flow rate gain of the reference oil head from an arithmetic part 18 with an integrating part 32. Next, the optimum flow rate gain is outputted to the target oil head, the flow rate gain outputted from the integrating part 32 is integrating corrected into the difference between the target oil head signal from the sending part 17 of the target value of oil head and the result of oil head from a oil head position detector 10 with an integrating part 33 and transmitted to a servo valve 13 through a converter 21.</p> |
