PURPOSE:To prevent an occurrence of a flash in a stay member holding part in molds for molding a headrest integrally with a stay member. CONSTITUTION:On parting faces of a first mold 11 and a second mold 12, grooves are formed at a stay member holding position. A collar member 25 is bonded to each of the grooves. A stay member is set to the collar member of the first mold. A packing material is charged between the collar member and the stay member and set, whereby a stay seal part 31 of the first mold is formed. Next, the second mold with the stay member is abutted on the first mold provided with the stay seal part, and a packing material is charged and set, whereby a stay seal part 32 of the second mold is formed. |
