PURPOSE:To provide a feeder capable of bath simplifying threading operation of a frier to yarn hole and threading operation to a ring brush. CONSTITUTION:In a feeder provided with a frier 14 for winding a yarn through a yarn hole 15 rotating about the neighbor of circumferential face of a stationary drum 10 in the rear end part of the stationary drum 10 capable of feeding wound yarn from the front end side, a guide groove for inducing the yarn into the yarn hole is provided in the frier so as to make it possible to automatically set the yarn into the yarn hole by only moving the yarn along the side of the frier. The ring brush 32 is constituted be separable to prescribed distance from the front face member of the drum and to make it possible to secure sufficiently large operating space between the ring brush 32 and the drum in threading to the ring brush.
