JATROPHONE-CONTAINING EXTRACT

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a jatrophone-containing extract as an extract from a natural material in good yield. CONSTITUTION:The ground product of the fresh tuber (batata.de.chev) of Mandevilla velutina is extracted with methanol under a refluxing condition, and the extract is distributed with water and chloroform. Yellowish brown powder is obtained from the chloroform fraction. The purification of the yellowish brown powder with thin layer chromatography gives colorless powder which is identified to be the jatrophone.
